The Brazil forest rain, which is commonly known as the Amazon, is world famous for any number of reasons. The fact that it is so big ad plays host to the greatest number of species on Earth in terms of the ratio of animals and creatures to its surface area may be behind it. The Amazon is truly amazing and deserves further inspection by those travelling to the area, even if only to get an idea of hoe the Brazil forest rain system works!
Although the Amazon is not solely in Brazil, but extends into several other countries, it is famous for and irrevocably associated with Brazil because that is where the majority of its mass lies. It has been home to the Indigenous people that began living there way before European settlers, namely the Portuguese, ever set foot in the New World. However, the Amazon rainforest Brazil has faced many problems of late concerning the disappearing of the forest owing to logging, deforestation and urbanisation. This has put many species in danger and has indeed encouraged the degradation of the Brazil Amazon.
The Amazon can be experienced to its fullest all year round, with Brazil forest rain being extremely popular in terms of tours. One factor that has contributed to this is the lack of apparent seasons. Although the Brazil rain forest does have summer and winter, they are often not distinguishable because of the very subtle differences. However, this makes it accessible all year round, depending on the weather of course and how much precipitation has been delivered by the heavens! Some areas cannot be reached by boat during the dry season and other areas are too dangerous to reach during the wet season but hiring a tour guide will give you a better idea of what you can and cannot do in the Brazil forest rain at any given time of year.
However the Amazon is not the only area of Brail forest rain in the country by a long stretch. There are smaller tropical forests and jungles throughout the country. The majority of the other Brazil forest rain areas are national parks that are protected in order for us to benefit from ecotourism. We have the opportunity to visit and experience the biodiversity of each one first hand and this is an amazing and breathtaking experience. The National Forest Ipanema and National Forest Rio Preto are just two in the Southeast, but there are literally forty to fifty more elsewhere in Brazil. Each one deserves due care and attention and can teach us a little more about Brazil forest rain!
